Agreed, mealworms aren't really nutritious at all and they're hard to digest. The chitin in their segments does not break down. I do not use them for any of my frogs or our day gecko. Your best bet is to gut load those crickets with healthy fruits and veggies as Lynn has recommended .Feb 27, 2015
